What Makes ImAFish

I get a lot of questions asking what makes up ImAFish and what tools I use so here is a quick low down of what goes into ImAFIsh:

PC or Mac

For the first three years of ImAFish I used a PC running Win 2k then XP however for the past two years I have used a Mac running OS X. I was a sceptic at the time but thought it would be good to try OS X. Since moving I have become a lot more productive, not just in coding and design but in organising and writing content.

My set up now consists of my iMac and a PC (the PC is more for gaming), there are a lot of little applications and programs I use now that are Mac only so the PC is a thing of the past.

Applications

Mac Web Development:

Dreamweaver - For all web development, coding and templating etc.
Fireworks - For all web graphics.
Cyberduck - FTP program for uploading files.
Safari/Firefox/Opera - Browsers for testing.

Mac Other:

Audio Hijack Pro - Recording audio tracks. Was used a lot when filming.
Garageband - Editing audio and creating music.
Comic Life - For making comic book strips.
Disco - For burning DVD's.
Flickr Upload - For uploading to Flickr.
iClip - Clipboard management.
iPhoto - Photo management and simple editing.
Flash - When I have a lot of spare time.
Quicksilver - Cause the mouse isn't quick enough for some things!
SuperDuper - For backup.
TextMate - When Dreamweaver wont do.
iMovie - For simple video editing.
